It doesn't mean that the items contained in it are worth 1million. 1: They are customized and 2 they're not all that great. Useful in starter areas though.

Yeah if you are talking about those bonus items they are blue items and a dime a dozen. If you are able to trade them and type /bonus again to get more then they would probably be worth 10g per piece by now with the amount of bonus keys out there and the market would have been flooded by everyone already. It's not really that rare of an item. I have them too and threw them on my heroes for fun.
