PC on a Gothic Dual Axe and a Holy Branch

Hey all, a PC would be much appriciated on the following:

Q9 Insc Gothic Dual Axe

and

Q9 Insc Divine Favor Holy Branch.

They've both got perfect mods.

30-35k-ish on the axe, prob 5k on the branch - thats for base price, maybe a couple k more on each with good mods
