Will I be able to run it 60 fps with max settings?

easily, depending on what resolution.

I have the same pc except xms ram. I also have the GTS, and while it is a fairly decent card, it seems to choke at the higher resolutions. I run on 1024x768 all maxed and had no problems whatsoever.

Assuming 1280x1024... your average should be 60+

that setup will run gw easily with an average fps of 60+, assuming you are using 1280 x 1024.

its a similar setup to what i have, except i have an 8800gtx and i get well over 100 fps on max settings

It should do fine. My overclocked 8600gt with a slower 2.8ghz athlon 64x2 only really drops below 60 in towns with like a hundred people in them. So that faster cpu and slightly faster GTS should do fine.

I run with everything maxed out on a Amd X2 4200+ with dual 7800gt's (paired in sli , but turned of in the settings for gw (sli + gw is a no go))
and run at 1680x1050.
Mostly get around 50+(depending on where i am ingame)fps except in towns it drops down to 30 and then get's nicely back up to 45 - 50 fps

The 2gb's of DDR help tho

Edit: on another note get a more beefy Powersupply if you have the money for it, it will save you money later when you want to add something inside the pc (like a second gfx card if the board supports it)

Thank you very much everyone.
The power supply comes with the casing, but as you said it might be a good investment.

I got all the answers I needed. Thanks again.
