you probly all been in a party with a leacher or someone destroying the morale. i belive that guild wars shoud make something like (vote kick), same as in cs (counter strike) it means that if more then half of the party vote yes for kicking someone then he woud be removed from the party.
another methode i woud like ANet to consider is a mark scale that eventruly woud result in that players futher chances to be accepted in a party, the methode is that every time that person got a afk, mark it woud be writen at the end of his name. like this -R/W e x a m p l e, 8 leach- an example of someone who have been marked for leaching 8 times, that number of leaching. and you shoud have one mark removed each week of playing without getting a mark
anyone see and posetive or negative things in this? or what methode do you like the most?
please give your opinion here

Vote kick has been suggested before, but it is prone to abuse. I think Gaile even commented on it at one point, and she was concerned about the potential for abuse.
Neat trick. I am curious if that actually works after you have left the party. If it does, you could set them on "attack," and temporarily equip them with any melee weapons you have from either your inventory or drops before you leave for maximum sabotage effect.

Would be nice to be able to kick those people, but it would open the door to lots of abuse |
