OK, the idea is the Skree's wings combined with the Necro's Vampiric Bite. The wings would let it move really fast, and it would have a lot of variations of vampiric bite (ideas below). It would also have some shadow-stepping skills like the assassin because it would have to touch the enemy to deal damage.

The weapons would be fangs, which could be poisonous and could have lifestealing on them. The damage would be low, because it's the lifestealing and skills that do the killing. Fangs would only be there for mods, like health bonus and lifestealing.

The pure attacks (just dealing damage, nothing else) would cost no energy, but take a while to cast and recharge. Shadow-stepping skills could knock down or interrupt the enemy, which would cost energy but have very quick casting time and alright (5-10 secs) recharge. One final skill type would be similar to the Dervish's avatars, but in this case bats. You'd have an increased speed, and lifestealing bonuses and varients could be causing poison, block chance and knock-down on first hit, but like Aspects in EOTN they would drain energy and require damage to maintain.

Stats:
Armor: 60
Weapon: Cold Dmg 10-20
Energy: 30
Health: 300 (because again, skills cancel out that disadvantage)

Attributes: Lifestealing - for pure attacks
Stealth - the higher, the bigger block chance bonus and/or speed
Shapeshifting - for avatars, or equivilant
*Vampirism - reduced recharge or casting time on skills
*possible primary att.

Possible Skills:

Lifestealing

Eye Gouge: High lifestealing, short blindness. Long cast time, while casting
target is bleeding.

Poison Bite: Low/no lifestealing, poison for long time. Long recharge & casting.

Stealth

Half Ghost: Half to Three Quarter block chance, but Half to One Quarter
damage increase.
Shapeshifting

Vampire Bat: Speed +50%, health dgn, higher lifestealing, interrupt on first hit
but long recharge, and casting which can be easily interrupted.

Vampirism

Death's Quickness: 10...20 seconds, half recharge and casting. Long recharge
and casting.

Armor:

All Over - Tatoos
Chest + Legs - Tight robes, emo style dark jeans
Hands - Leather gloves, the ones that leave your fingers free
Feet - Tatoo again, or wrapped in spiraling metal.
Head - Half helmet, leaving nose and below exposed.

Ok, that's all I've come up with so far. I'll try and do a sketch of this soon. Any other ideas for this?
