Remove secondary professions for PvP and add 100 new PvP only skills to add balance

It's clear to me that secondary professions is what is causing unbalance in PvP.
Tactic being nerfed cause of paragons, monks skills being nerfed because of dervishes. The list goes on and on. It seems to me, all nerfed skills could be returned to normal, if secondaries for PvP characters were eliminated.
However I do agree that, that would not fix everything. I purpose also adding 100 new general PvP only skills that could be used by all profession to enhance builds and add to general balance. The skills would add to balance by providing enhancment with out destroying attribute lines of other profession. Anet could then modify those skills as much as they want to always added to balance PvP.
This way skills for primary professions are not being nerfed to absurdity, due to one professions exploitation of a particular attribute line of another primary profession, thus reducing that profession capacity to compete.
I realize this is a radical idea, and will get a lot of opposition to it, but please give idea's as to why it would or would not work. Don't just say no or not signed.

I'm sorry, but secondary professions is an integral part of Guild Wars, no matter what balance becomes. And (insert part of the game) only skills are never popular... how would it add "balance"? And scaling?

They could just revamp some of the weak attribute lines so that they arent as appealing as secondaries, though still useful.

People will just complain about the PvP skills in some way. Besides, that is a LOT of work, and the game revolves around secondaries. Removing them is quit stupid.

Secondary's provide the basis of variation in the build... imagine a warrior w/o a secondary...
1) No possibility of enchant removal, therefore easy pwned by block/ps/spirit bond etc
2) No possibility of condition removal owned by blind & weakness & cripple
3) No Mending/HH WAMMO GODPOWER hehe joking
Without secondary's the game would become too plain. There is a reason that 99% of builds use a secondary's skill and that is because secondary's allow the character to expand to do more then would be possible.
Final point. There are skills actually designed to be used with a secondary in mind: Way of the Master, Disrupting Accuracy, Plague touch are three good simple examples of skills that on without secondary options would fail utterly.
Therefore /notsigned because you're premise that secondary's are broken is flawed. Also secondarys are a fundamental part of guild wars, take them away and you may as well just remove weapons from the game, after all weapons make kills alot easier.

What you are suggesting has been proposed before, but the it was called
"SEPARATE PVP AND PVE" make 2 games from one.

It would have probably been a better suggestion to just remove all current PvP arenas and replace them all with Snowball Arenas. The game created with that change would be better than the one created by your idea, OP.
