Has anyone done the math for the value of 4-leaf clovers?

I think 9-rings will award you 17 lucky points on average for 15g (cost of a ticket), but a 4-leaf clover will give you only 4 points if you manage to remove 15dp. It seems there is just a 1/11 chance of this happening, so in terms of lucky points clovers seem like a waste of time.

So my assessment is that the value of a clover is only in the dp removal. What would you pay for one of these?

I doubt many people will be buying them for points. The rich will buy stacks, but the average guy will just use what he finds.

I'll hazard a guess at 100g a piece tops.

leaves are for hardcore pvers... nothing to do with lucky points... lockpicks are better if you want points

Yeah... but the price LAST year at the end of the festival was ~1k. Granted, with the infinite supply of CC provided by the snowman dungeon, there is no way they are reaching that again.

honeycombs and rainbows go for at least 200g, 4-leaf clovers should be worth over 200g imo

A quick search in guru, you can see that clovers went for 1k by the end of the year, which isn't that long ago. Long enough for the snowmen runs to have taken its effect on DP items.

But I am curious why they went for so much. Intuitively it would seem that chest running would be much more of an effective way to earn lucky points. Or if candy canes instead for DP reduction. I guess people have money, and rather sit there and double click stacks and stacks, earn their lucky title and... carpal tunnel in the process.

they weren't used for lucky points, more for the dp reduction for heros/henchies. 5-15% is on average twice the amount that rainbows would give. 1k is kind of outrageous, i would think 500g would sound like a more reasonable price

Clovers are a partywide DP remover similar to rainbows and honeycombs, elixers of valor as well. The rainbows and honeycombs go for an average of 500g each, sometimes even more, and elixers are generally not sold, and if they are, there is really no set value, but it always seems to be much higher than 500g.

As many people vanquishing these days as there are, everyone can agree that a LOT of the time you go out hero hench, and always need some type and form of dp removers.

Conservatively id say 700g each, but the value could go up way higher depending on what people will want to pay for them.

Another reason why buying them for 200g in Rata Sum and having people being personal farmers for you can make you tons of plats after the event.

But I havent seen that go on in Rata Sum
