Okay, I think I remember seeing a thread like this somewhere else, but I just cannot remember. Anyways, I think it would be awesome if our armour wasn't limited to our Primary profession. Yes, I know there are some flaws, such as assassins will be able to tank, mesmers doing all sorts of other stuff v.v But I get annoyed when I use a 2nd profession, and I REALLY want to use a different kind of equipment. o.o

P.S. Please, no flaming, derogatory comments, or overly offensive insults >.<

Pointless. And has been brought up and turned down many times. The closest you'll get is EotN headgear/gloves.

Wait for GW2, then, becuse it will never happen in GW1.

Characters are defined by armor and primary profession. If you changed armor, you would have to change primary too.

That would be somehow cool, but that would have to be DEFINITELY fixed:
- Put on necromancer armor, and your primary attribute MUST be soul reaping.

I thought I read somewhere that Gaile said that Anet likes the instant distinction you get from dividing armor.

Besides RPGmaniac's point (eaiser to spot a monk/warrior/ranger in PvP) armor replaces a persons skin, not just overlapping it. GW characters are like they are made with giant lego blocks.
Somehow, having a warrior's chest, with monk legs, and ranger arms would look VERY weird.
And if you can't mix and match armor from cross professions, it still doesn't make sense that switching between my ele armor and my warrior armor causes me to gain 200 pounds.
