More hotkey options

It'd be nice to be able to hotkey things to combinations of keys like shift+1, ctrl+1, etc. With the ability to now hotkey hero skills this seems useful. I also think being able to have an additional option of being able to hotkey targeting an enemy in pvp. In a similar way that you hotkey which ally to target you can target (enemy name) (4) or whatever.
