Shield MUST have either ..
Armor +10 (vs. Earth damage)
or have an inscription slot
must also have either ..
of Devotion - Health +45 (while Enchanted)
of Endurance - Health +45 (while in a Stance)
or a junk handle, to show it can be changed (i call a +29 handle junk, as i will not even bother removing it, i will just add a handle over it, there for loosing the +29).
