question: are these nerfed dual focus mods?

Personally would say 100k 20-30e+ on the magmas, could go much higher for a monk wanting those stats imo, nice shield

Not sure about the "nerfed" part, I know the dual reduction shields were, but someone found a 10/-5 20% shield recently
