Difference between roleplaying character and pvp only character?

What is the difference betweeen rp char and pvp only char? Can rp characters switch to pvp?

RP characters start at level 1 and can be used in the main PVP areas when level 20.
PVP characters start at level 20 and can only be used in PVP. They have access to all the skills and weapon/armour mods that you have unlocked.

PvP characters can NOT do any of the missions or quests from any of the games. They are for Player versus Player areas only.

Actually, PvP chard can do two quests.

Also, PvP characters can only go to your Guildhall and the Battle Isles.
Whereas RP characters can roam freely.
