bonus mission pack does not work!

i have recently bought the bonus mission pack and whenever i try to load one of the 4 missions i get some kinda of graphic error and the game crashes.
this is really weird because the rest of the game works perfectly fine even eye of the north and the only thing that doesn't work out of all the 4 campaigns is the bonus mission pack and i really don't know why this happens.

Submit a report with ANet.

Take it up with support, they're paid to help fix such problems for you.

As stated, contact GW support ad submit a ticket. That is what it's there for. And btw, when you submit a ticket - it would be helpful if you listed such things as OS, video card, ram, etc.
