missing missions?

Hi, im new here, i did search but couldnt seem to find the answer to my Q if it has already been posted can you just link it up and sorry if it as.

i took my Prof char into Factions and im working on getting all 13 missions mastered the thing is once ive done all the ones i can do i still have 2 left over. i have checked the wiki and these seem to be the "starter" missions. is there anyway i can get to these missions so i can get masters on all 13?

Yup. You can get there by going to The marketplace, then exiting into Kaineng Docks. There should be an NPC there that you can talk to that will take you to Seitung Harbor.

this missions are on the island there people start their cantan chrars
you can get there from docs or ask anybody to show you and you will get to the Shing Jea
