well if u r a warrior then use totem axe and a sheild with -5 damage (stance) on sheild and with a +45 health sheild handle.

For my runner I use totem axe + Droknar's tactics sheild.

Depends where you are running to and what build you are using, if you dont want to spend money on a totem axe (though tbh theyre not too bad price wise) then run with something else... i have a blue fire wand from a collector that gives me energy and (i think - been a long time since i used it) 3 or 4 armor or health bonuses under certain conditions (hexed etc)

if you run with a dervish, use a 45/-2 enchanted shield an a totem axe. If you're using sig of mystic speed, chances are you won't be in a stance most of the time.

If you are also running in certain zones where specific damage is used, inscriptions protecting against certain elements can come in handy. Just weapon set swap them when you get there, and swap between other sets.

Most runs it doesnt matter... I can run nearly anything on my ranger, and i cant be bothered to switch out from my bow with +30hp. Droks is the only hard run, and never do it, but if youre using stances a -2/+45 stance or enchants -2/+45 stance, or if both and can find a -2/-2 shield (rare but)
Weapon: if youre using enchants +5e/20% enchants, bring a +30 one as well to switch to if ur low.
