He bought up 5000 Candy Cane Shards with 1000k at the 2006 Wintersday Event believing he would get a bigger profit from something rare you could get from them. He bragged about it on Guru for awhile until the actual event when it turned out they were just used for a 9 Rings type Event Finale. He quickly became infamous for this due to it being the biggest self ownage yet at the time. Hence the "signed" Candy Weapon from the OPs post.

He was indeed banned for pointless thread spamming.
