*** Thanks for all the pm's. I found a guild. ***

Hello,

I'm a returning player who played two years ago when the game first came out. At that time, I almost exclusively played PvP until I burned out with the game. Nowadays, I'm looking to come back and enjoy a more relaxed, PvE style game.

I probably should have mentioned this before, but I have finals this week, and am mostly playing GW in the breaks between studying. Next week I have a break so I would be very active, and would like to hear from guilds for at least this week before I join up somewhere. I would love to chat with any guilds interested, but if I respond slowly, this is why. Thanks for your time and understanding.

Here's what I'm looking for in a guild:
-Small; no more than 40 members, preferably around 20-30 or less, I don't understand if there are so many people that there is no way I'd get to know all of you well. However, this was based on my experience in PvP that more people created more strife. If it's very different in PvE I'm willing to relax on this.

-Mixed: I like to meet new people, so it would be a big plus if there was a reasonable spread in age and gender. Location also would be great but I realize that time zone differences probably preclude that.

-Likes Challenges: I don't enjoy just getting titles too much, especially the ones that don't involve much game play like eating sweets. I do enjoy farming, but I also enjoy playing the game. I'd like it if the guild regularly had groups for UW/FoW/DoA and other high-end group areas, normal or hard mode. Also, while I learn pretty well, I'd like it if the guild had a lot of experience in PvE, getting titles, farming gold, etc. I want to learn the PvE side of the game after playing PvP so much earlier. It does not matter if the guild is new, as long as the members are PvE veterans.

-Variety: While I definitely don't want to play serious PvP which leads people to yell at each other , I'd still like it if people were open to lots of different things. This means dabbling in AB, RA, TA, Tombs (I insist on still calling it that), occasional GvG. If nothing else, goofing off in scrimmages is fun.

A few things about me:

General: 21, male, Asian-American, playing in CST (GMT -6). I will be pretty active, will visit the forums and DEFINITELY ventrilo. For any guild I join, you can pretty much be sure I'll idle on ventrilo all day and pop into active channels when I am available. When I play, I'm open to a lot of areas and whatever activity the guild is participating in. I also have no problem giving away items and helping people out. Although, at the moment, I'm rather poor since, well, I've quit for so long, and, I played PvP before that!

Although I haven't played too much PvE before, I'm very experienced with understanding how the game works, as when I played PvP I loved to design character and group builds. I've adapted this to PvE in the short while I've been back with reasonable success. I also have characters with access to all the maps and such so I won't need too much babysitting .

Issues: I DON'T have Eye of the North. When I came back I decided just to get Factions and Nightfall and see how it is, especially since the lifetime of GW1 is limited. I might buy it, but it depends on if I think it's worth it. And well, the guild I join would have something to say about that...

Thanks for reading! And please pm me here. You can try in game but I'm not on that often (yet, hopefully...)
