As for what you would need for a 55:

-5 monk sup runes
-energy insignias
-Ascalon City quest - health quest item. Can be bought if you don't have the time or patience to do the quest for abotu 3-5k (last I checked).

Personally I always found N/Mo better at 55 farming.

to make it just a little bit more silly-question-proof:
16/16 means 16 attribute points in 2 different attributes by - as holymasamune said- changing your headgear (12 attribute points + headgear + superior rune of `attribute´)

but is the max 16? because i see 19 on wiki all the time. i know you can have a weopon of that attribute. but that only adds up to 17, how do you make it to 19. btw the title makes it sound like there is no other way to farm. this not true because people are smart and creative and can ajust or even create there own farming build.

You can obtain higher atts with holiday bonus buffs, shrine blessings, or even EoTN buffs that can be purchased from specific traders.
