Loot Scaling?

I was just wondering if event items are affected by loot scaling. I haven't ever mass farmed any of them so I'm not sure.

I can not say yes or no for sure but, from my experience I would have to say No they are not affected by loot scaling. They seem to drop in droves when farming.

Again this is just my opinion.

The only items exempt from this rule are:

* Skill Tomes
* Insight and Passages Scrolls
* Dyes
* Rare crafting materials
* All rare (gold) items
* All unique (green) items
* Special event items

Thus, the size of a farming party, with respect to loot, only affects the distribution of the exempt items.
