Hey

I'm trying to fill the Heroe's Book, so now I need Blood Washes Blood. I've done this mission before, but can't remember how to get it.

I was told to get it from Egil Fireteller, but he's just "bla bla bla", give no quest/mission...

Scrying pool...HoM, quest is there, just go to "I seek guidance"

Or you could just go to the shrine where you talk to the bear, cap the shrine, talk to it then just go straight through the portal.
