I'm all for more merchants in explorable areas. They don't need to be everywhere, but sometimes it gets frustrating to have to leave so much behind, or salvage nearly everything you grab.

Seems like a fair point, there is a merchant in FoW which is another elite area, so it makes sense to have one here too.
