Wild strike

Ummmm no. Wild Strike is never used in any common sin builds. It maybe be used in more utility sin builds like Shattering Assault or something, but Wild Strike will never be good enough to be in any gibs. Most assassins will use their offhand as their starter (an offhand with no lead requirement) or as energy management, usually Lotus Strike. I don't see it too much in the meta, so I think its fine as it is.
the only build the skill has found use in is the shattering assault chain apart from that build its not really used much. This is (in pvp) actually due to the fact that it has a short recharge and a normal activation time. a lot of pvp sins use spikes with blades of steel at the end so a skill with a 4 second recharge will likely not trigger the bonus +15 dmg

Anyway, for PvE purposes this skill is fine as it is. Then I rarely do see it used on Assassins in PvP, but I do see a lot of R/A people using it though.

It's not overpowered, it doesn't need a change. Just because you've won 400 hero battles with it doesn't mean much. People have won over 1000 matches on a monk that had guardian, does that mean it's overpowered too?

Hm... no...? An unlinked skill with low cost that always deal a critical and remove stances having the only downside of losing all addrenaline, that Asassins do not use at all, used by a profession that is mostly about dealing criticals and conditions...?

8 seconds is fine. The Gold Fox Strike+Wild strike combo recharge in 4+4 seconds, and Wild Throw requires 7 adrenaline.
In comparison Wild Blow is arround the same.
