I prefer VERY HIGH (12-13) requirements on all items unless otherwise specified. On the high-end items (voltaic, etc), I will only buy high req. I will NOT pay higher prices for lower reqs (all items will be treated as req13). Must be max stats except for damage, and attribute doesn't matter unless specified. Please leave a price; if you ask me to offer I won't respond.
