Well sid there is no 1 build you can use thruout the game unless you like it boring hehehe. Anyways bro heres my 411 for ya. You should have at least 3 different builds to use depending on the situation opened for ya. Lucky for ya since i think you have all campaigns that advice boogz gave you doesnt apply. Why you ask simple PVE skills makes spirit spamming so powerfull. 2 Key skills you want to get for pve asap 1. Summon spirit (get this first esp since your starting from faction) One of the few known ways to heal your spirits and summon em right up to where you need em. 2.Vampirism (sunspear skill very powerfull spirit and even heals you also rather fast to recast) With the help of those 2 skills you can do a combination of offensive or defensive spirit summoning or just pure offensive or pure defensive. If you like nuking then use a combination of this nuke and this skill. 1. Caretakers Charge (elite) 2. Mighty was Vorizun. Then just add whatever skill you wish. Just remember bro rits do best in pve and pvp by providing non avoidable support. Support that your enemies cannot or will have a hard time countering. Weapon spells or protective or offensive spirits. If you just play your rit like an ele your wasting valuable class resources dude. Best advice really dude is use a Resto/Chan combo so you have the best of both worlds thats what i usually use myself, esp when i use the other 2 rit heroes with me (raz and xan) Here ill give you a skill set i use for most areas thats easy.
Armor: Full Radiant/Attunement setup, use minor runes on resto/chan and best vigor rune you can buy. Weapons doesnt really matter.
Skill set
1. Protective was Kaolai ( one of the best party heal even heals allies like minions )
2. Caretakers Charge (Elite great energy feedback fast recharge)
3. Essense Strike (low cost energy feedback nuke)
4. Life (Another great party wide heal and really low cost)
5-8 is all optional depending on your situation. But heres the skills i cycle thru em.
Bloodsong (one of the most durable spirits and pretty respectable recast)
Agony (good area dmg cant be reduced or avoided by anything)
Rejuvination (great to use in conjunction with Life in high degen areas or with mm's)
Recovery (the best on condition heavy areas)
Mend Body and Soul ( one of the best heal/condition removal skill combined)
Soothing Memories (almost a free heal for ya due to energy feedback)
Resu of your choice
Vampirism ( fast recycle spirit that heals you and does dmg whats there not to like hehehe)
Also with GWEN theres a whole host of skills you can add buttom line bro is play your rit how you like it best but dont get locked on 1 build be flexible and adjust your style depending on the situation your about to face. Well i hope my ramblings helped a bit bro. Goodluck with your rit

Your build isn't very good for a number of reasons.
1. Radiant and Attunements? Those upgrades aren't necessary if you have [skill]Essence Strike[/skill] in there already. Hell, your weapons increase your max energy. It's a waste of money. As it's been said before, more energy is not energy management.
2. Caretaker's Charge? That's one of the worst elite skills available to Rits. There is no net energy gain and the health gain is redundant at best. You're wasting time. If the energy gain was 7 it would be better, but it really can't compare to other Ritualist elites.
3. Rejuvenation shouldn't even be considered an option. Short Duration + Long Recharge = epic fail.
4. A big advantage Rits have over other classes is being able to spec into only two attributes while supporting Offense and Defense incredibly well. Your build requires speccing into Spawning Power, and sometimes Communing. Both are terrible skill lines.
xDust listed the most optimal build a Ritualist.
