just wondering if anyone knows about how much this would be worth

Shocking Storm Bow of Shelter
Lightning Damage 15-28 (req 12 marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while health is above 50%)
Armor +6 (vs. physical attacks)

seconded...
with perf mods this would get up to 250k...as is about 175k.
dont perf mod it, though it would be easier to sell, it would be less profitable.
