After months of not playing Assassin in PvE I decided to start play him again. 1st thing I needed to do was make better build.Then I saw Fox's Promise A/D build. I was playing some time to get skills and Elite skill in the 1st place and when I all got,they nerf Fox's Promise. It can't be used with scythe.
So I had all skills and 1 elite assassin tome wasted.
Well,back to making build that will work.
I created this,it's not far from original build but still:
A/D Master's Sweep
Scythe Mastery: 12
Critical Strike: 14 (12+1+1)
build:
Wounding Strike[E]-Mystic Sweep-Malicious Strike-Critical Eye-Critical Defenses-Assassin's Remedy-Way of the Master-Optional
optional:
* Shadow Sanctuary- I used it on the end Prop missions,it's good,you get health energy,+armor and thanks to Assassin's Remedy you are not blinded. nice self heal
* Critical Agility- I used it on easier areas,nice skill,allowing me to do faster damage
* Res Signet
This is the build I am using atm,I like use it when Necro hero puts Splinter Weapons on me,just like that nice AoE damage.
Any suggestion on changing something?
What do you think about build?

Looks good enough, but Critical Agility should be on ANY physical assassin's bar. It not only gives you an IAS that needs only be applied about once per battle, but it also gives you a 10-25 AL boost which greatly improves survivability. Either switch out Assassin's Remedy or put it in the optional, it has to be on your bar.

Same happened to me: I dusted off my assassin after months of playing an ele. Thought a scythe would be wicked, so I got Drok's Scythe, decided I kinda liked the Promise build and customized my newly acquired scythe. Two hours later they kill Fox's Promise!
Now, I'm not going back to the old Moebius build, so here's what I've come up with:
Critical Eye
Wearying Strike
Victorious Sweep
Mystic Sweep
Dark Apostasy (1337)
Assassin's Remedy
Way of the Master
Critical Agility
and the same stats as you (14 CS / 12 Scythe)
I know, a far cry from being original, but please feel free to include me on any stroke of genius you might come up with.
Btw, that ele I referred to earlier, they killed that one on the 8th with their nice Rodgort / Mindblast nerf. Well, ok, they didn't kill it but I didn't like it.
