Changes to the trade window?

ok, something odd has been happening to me recently. I have 2 accounts, the 2nd of which I use primarily as extra storage and for letting friends try out the game.

I have both a PC and a laptop with GW installed, typically when I transfer items from one account to the other I log in to one account on the PC the other on the laptop and transfer the two in the Guild Hall.

However today I attempted to do this and whenever I attempted to trade, the session would be canceled when both sides had hit "accept". I looked around and I found no mention of this elsewhere, does anyone know what's going on?

Check the one who is receiving the items doesn't have a full inventory...

or if after the trade, one player has more than 100k on them.

It could also be that one of ur characters is less than 24 hours old. they no longer allow newbies to trade within 24 hours. Just a thought.
