Had a Q9 max damage non inscribable Mursaat Hammer drop today with the mod 15% -10 AL. Would this be worth much??

uf,hard to say....around 30k imo,its very badly unwanted dmg mode for hammers

agree with Fallen, might pull 40k out of it, but be ready to spam...
