Does anyone know the base value of this hammer? I'm pretty sure its a rare skin b/c it is under the axe category but i havent seen anythingn on the hammer ver. Also should i salvage off the mods and sell the base hammer or what?

It is a Hammer, from Prophecies and GW:EN, same skin as the common Break Hammer...
I'd say this is roughly 10k unmodded..
which a lot of hammers don't even reach..
