Modding a weapon after dedicating it at the hall of monuments?

Can you still mod Destroyer weapons after you dedicate them at the Hall of Monuments? Just wondering if i'm modding it for forever.

yes, you can still mod the weapon to whatever you want.
all you are really doing by dedicating it is customing it.
