Considering this is the Canthan section, maybe he is Factions-only? Kurz areas are typically more enclosed and harder to run chests; I'd stick with Boreas and Gyala.

Not sure of a build but for kurzick areas like echovald forest use shadow form eg get a FFF build as they the best in those areas

. To the one with the smart observation you could rush everywere thats a bit hard when things use crippling anguish, imagined burden and stuff like that and you can't run everywere with an ele because of the low armor .
