Could it be that I've done this quest before? Surely that can't be the reason
I've also tried rezoning around 4 times now & taking the quest again but the same problem occurs.
EDIT: NEVERMIND, IT'S BECAUSE I HAD THE QUEST "UNDEAD DEFENDERS" ACTIVE.
Insatiable Appetite - Toma Not Appearing At All!

I'm trying to get my Black Moa Chick minipet & I need a branch of juni berries. I just got the quest from Chuno called Insatiable Appetite but there's no Toma anywhere to be seen. I have the little pink box though in the middle of my screen saying "Toma Has Devoured: 0 Creatures".
Could it be that I've done this quest before? Surely that can't be the reason
