Which other skill lines need a buff

With all the discussion of tactics being overnerfed, discussion on some of the other lines that are a bit weak overall has died down a bit. I know BM isn't that great overall and I know that one of the nerco lines is pretty bad (blood?). Are those the only ones? Deadly Arts could use a little TLC as well.


So of all of the weak lines, which one needs attention first or is the game fine as is? Part of me would like to say a little attention to tactics would be nice, but that line isn't an easy fix and I think something else might be a better canidate.

Spawning power doesn't need a buff (the skills are mostly fine IMO and Attuned was Songkai is pure godliness) but the inherent effect needs to be reworked into something useful, like energy regen while under a weapon spell/while holding ashes.

fire magic has been so incredibly buffed this year, the last nerf finally turned it down a bit.

i say that command maybe communing and need some help, as well as the effects of spawning power.

Defensive spirit spamming is retardedly bad though. I would rather spirit spamming rits be out of the game and not have that, than bring the the stupidity back with offensive spamming.

Why would that be any good? Too pointless to change IMO. And you can counter any knockdown with balthazars pendulum omg nerf it plox.

Pretty sure Inspiration is already good.
Shadow and Deadly Arts have already proved a problem in the past. In the end, it just becomes too gimmicky. It's decent as it is right now.
Paragons don't need to be buffed. They're already too big of a problem. If anything, they need to nerf some skills.
Smiting and (maybe) Blood are the only two that might need to be buffed. You have to realize that most of these trees were not made for you to spec 14 (or 16 if you're suicidal) into - rather, things like Inspiration, Shadow & Deadly, and Command were meant to be "splashed" for - speccing 6-9 into, rather than placing heavy atts in the tree.
