Searching for a PvE guild

My fiance and I have been looking for a guild to join ever since our previous guild essentially disbanded. Unfortunately that guild has raised our standards, making finding a permanent guild quite difficult.

What we're looking for:Kurzick PvE oriented Active (1-2 week activity rules preferably and 20+ members) Chatty (I need people to talk to ) Strict Rules on Chat (language as well as trade spam/begging) Organized (planned events are great)
We have been playing since GW came out and are quite experienced. We play for a few hours a day nearly every day. We help out other members when we can and enjoy doing dungeons/HM/Elite missions. We both have 26 titles maxed on our main character and we are working towards maxing the rest for the KOABD title track. We aren't too big on using voice chat, although we can and we understand that it is necessary/helpful for many aspects of the game.
