PC on 2 Gold Bows

I need a PC on these two gold bows i found:

1. Crippling Caged Shortbow of Deathbane
13-24 Dmg (req. 9 Marksmanship)
Lengthens Crippling time by 33%
+19% vs. Undead

2. Zealous Spiked Recurve Bow of Enchanting
12-19 Dmg (req. 8 Marksmanship)
Energy Gain: 1
Energy Regeneration -1
+15% Dmg while Enchanted

I appreciate it.

Maybe you pull off the Zealous string from the one... otherwise I'd say merch food for both.
