/report

somebody reported me in AB the other day for absolutely no reason. i was running about playing just like everyone else...
so i was just wondering about what happens now, am i gonna get banned, or does more than one person have to report me for that? or do i get some kind of penalty of mark on my account or something?

You won't get banned if someone reported you for no reason, in fact they might get banned for it.

Does the dishonorable hex auto apply after so many /reports? Doesn't seem like it should...

maybe a name of your char?

I think its 15 reports and your banned.

If 3/4 of the players on your team report you (RA, TA, HA) then you will have a dishonorable hex you on. Don't know about AB.

i think its hard to have a ban from anet.
my brother and the other members of his underworld party reported a dude for leeching, with pics and all of the party reported the dude with maiils to plaync and even so the same dude is walking safe to leech more on true players, so if i was you and you have done nothing you shouldnt worry a bit.

Thats because.... if you think about it, he may have just been having problems in real life and having to go afk, anet have no reason to ban someone once for something. That way hundreds of players like the OP would get banned everyday unjustly, so it means the offense has to be repeated to be banable, and if not everyone reports him hes likely to get away with it.... Yes the system is flawed but at the moment its the only one we have got!
