PC rare prot icon, eternal shield

I'm 99% certain the eternal shield is junk (never should have IDed it... *sigh*)

The Prot icon I'm not so sure about. It's certainly not that bad

Eternal Shield:
Armor: 16 (req. 11 Strength)
Health +35 (while hexed)

Prot Icon
Energy +12 (req. 11 Protection Prayers)
Improves Skill Recharge (Chance: 8%)
Armor +5 (while Health is above 50%)
