I notice different titles or tags under posters name -- mine is Pre-Searing Cadet. Does this change with time, posts, choice -- and when or how.

it changes with rank

and if u r a mod, ex mod, site contributor etc... you get to customize it

I think some of the rank names were adjusted after that list was posted.
Guru had a contest many months ago to come up with new rank names.

This has been asked and answered at least 10 times. This is what search is for.......or even the stickies at the top.
