Are Krytan Chests upgraded when u have DNKP active?
Chests rarely spawn here for me but when they do I never bring keys for some reason. Is it worthwhile to bring keys or is the chest loot garbage?

read the part abt chests, active quest/mobs do affect the loot, no idea if thats the case for DNKP though.

i just did it- DNKP does not make the chest drop "high end" loot
i got a q9 +9enegy purple idol
worth 43g at merch

For what it's worth, buying keys isn't worth it for the monetary gain, particularly at the low end. It's all about the gear.
At least 600+ keys give you treasure hunter for using them.
On a side note, are magma Shields worth anything? I've been holding on to one that's unmodded because i thought it was cool looking.
