Best weapon and Off hand combo for ele?

What do you think the best weapon and off hand combination is for an Ele including skins and stats for PvP and or PvE?

Weapon swapping is win
main set - 20/20 HCT and HSR wand and offhand for your element
defensive set - +30hp sword/spear, +30hp shield (a bunch of these with different +10 armour bonuses versus different damages)
high-energy - wand and focus with +15e/-1 regen
then the last is meh - a 20/20/20 staff with +20% enchantments is my usual set
For PvE, you can get away with just the dual 20/20 set

Skin is pure personal taste, there is no "best".
A casting set (a 20/20 wand and 20/20 offhand are optimal) and a defensive set (+5e +30 melee weapon with shield) for extra protection when you're under attack, generally works everywhere.
If running tons of enchants or farming, something with +enchants is useful.

I did not ask what the Best was, I asked for your opinion.
Stormlord Alex, As always thanks for your wonderful advice as always. You attention to detail and the ability to really think things out has helped me on more then one occasion. Thanks for the responses guys, If we could get some posts and or pics on what skins you think are the best that would be great. If you post all weapons sets three-four that you are currently using that would be even more bad ass! Would love to see what dedicated casters are luggin around these days. Look forward to your responses

And you're absolutely right Stormlord Alex. My bad, I use more weapon sets on my monk than any other class as she is my main so I just answered offhand.

I use exactly the sets stormlord posted.Well..except for one shield currently being +29hp. I'm too poor

As for skins, I just use the basic Earth/Air/fire/Water wands and Frost/Storm/Flame/Earth Artifacts. I'm cheap and crafted them.
yeye My sword is a tattooed scimitar... it's shiny and rainbow-coloured. ... and I can't for the life of me remember what my shields are, or what my high-energy stuff is (for the record, my high energy set is EStorage req)
