Oswalt's Epitaph

Did a search first came up with nothing.

I went to the headstone and got the update for this quest. But now I can't find the quest rewarder. When I go to the location on my map no one/nothing is there. I even ran around Ascalon Foothills again.

Anyone know where quest rewarder is?

You have to click the headstone, and then speak to the ghost that appears.

Yea, problem was ghost never appeared. He got bugged >.<

I deleted and redid the quest and he appeared this time thankfully
