You could summon him via an item much like the black moa chick quest; a box that requires materials to sacrifice to summon him. There would be a total boss npc limit of one of course, you can't have all party members summon eight Shiros. It could go something like 'sacrifice however many ectos anet deems appropriate to justify a boss npc summons'. As for the mention of Kilroy Stonekin, you could use the same item, but you must place for example, ten level 5 alcohols in there in order for him to show. What do you guys think?
