Farming tomes

I am currently in need of quick gold...
Is farming tomes a good way?
If yes, which ones and where can i farm them?
oh and one more thing... any key builds which i should use whilst farming them?

While you should probably post this in farming, in my opinion, farming tomes is a bad idea to generate money. The only tomes that are really worth anything are elites and besides ascalon academy, there is no quick way to farm bosses that I know of. I am not aware of actual drop percentages so I might have been unlucky but I did 50-60 times in Ascalon Academy and got 3 golds and 1 elite tome (and it was ranger, not monk). I easily surpass that amount farming in Bergen Hot Springs. So whenever I need a tome i just buy it and then farm to pay it off.

I've never farmed raptors before, but I've been told they have a high drop rate of regular Assassin tomes so you may want to try that if you really want to farm tomes.

Farming normal tomes isn't really worth it IMO.

Elite tomes however can earn you a nice amount of money if they drop well.
I'd do this with an E/A or A/E solo boss farm build(check pvxwiki).
