..and possibly other Necromancer shouts!
This isn't totally out of line; Warriors and Mesmers both share stances, so some more cross-profession mixing (in small doses!) seems like it'd be pretty cool. Necromancers, with all their minions, certainly seem like they'd be good candidates for a few shouts. Anyone have some suggestions?
The only guideline/rule I'm working with is that these would all be No Attribute skills; they're cool little things, but can't be improved. I like the fact that Warriors have all those shouts, and don't want to step on their toes too much.
So, the one that started this in my mind.. the GW folk certainly have no problem with homage (look at the number of HSR references, ferchrissake!) so a bit of Soul Reaver seems like it'd be no problem.

Foes adjacent to the next foe you kill suffer from Weakness for 5 seconds.
..hmm, I don't really have ideas for names for the rest. ;p
A shout to.. cause any physical life-stealing (Vampiric Touch, or the Vampiric weapon upgrades) to steal an extra 10 health. Affects all allies within radar range; it only applies to their very next applicable attack, and wears off in 5 seconds if unused.
A shout to.. halt minion health degeneration and increase their armor by +20 for 5 seconds. When this shout wears off, all minions under its effect die. (possibly call this "Die With Your Boots On!")
A shout to.. for 5 seconds, the next spell you cast that targets a corpse takes half as much time to cast (applicable to BOTH allies and enemies in range).
All I got at the moment. I just really like the idea of Necro shouts, I guess. =p

Jazzy: Good source! But the Black Knight just kept fighting, he didn't really have any allies to support. What about.. sacrifice 25% (per limb, heh heh!), become Crippled, but gain +40 armor, for, I dunno, 10 seconds?
