Sound Problems

Ill make this short and simple.
When ever my view is on the left of my character i hear actions like spells being cast, but when I'm on the right of my character i only hear the game music.

Try turning off hardware sound acceleration in the Guild Wars settings dialog. A lot of cheap sound chips have bad drivers that cause problems with it; I've noticed the game dropping frequently played sound effects after a while with integrated Realtek sound chips.

sorry, but how do i change that

It sounds like you're set to 5.1 audio channels instead of 2.1 stereo. What operating system do you use?

In that case, make sure they're plugged into the right jacks and calibrated correctly.

There goes that theory. Back to the original theory - in Guild Wars, press F11 and go to the Sound tab.
Try different variations of "Use 3d Audio Hardware" and "Use EAX"

Hmm, the Crosshair has 7.1 audio onboard, I believe - and pretty good too. It's a good quality gaming mobo. Apart from recommending that you update the mobo drivers, I'm at somewhat of a loss.
Pick the correct drivers from ASUS's site

Just curious, does the problem go away if you change your Windows' speaker configuration to stereo?
