Ursan doesnt recharge rez sigs after boss kill?

so i was just doing frost gate HM, i was playing ursan, with H/H. i got to a double grp, one grp had a monk boss, things didnt go well, i bailed, and the rest of the team wiped. im E/Me, had my sunspear rebirth sig, got everything back in order for another shot, but we agrod a little sooner than expected, however while under the effects of ursan blessing, i managed to take down the monk boss, but same thing happend, all but one hero wiped. this hero (R/Me) had a rez sig, which was used b4 the boss, it was recharged now, but my rebirth sig, was NOT.

so, is this a bug? or is it meant to be that when u kill a boss, only the skills currently on your bar for whatever reason are recharged?

I don't think its a bug... thats just how ursan works. I don't think you can complain though, afterall... its ursan

Well, the Res Sig wasn't "there" when the boss died, so...I guess you win some, you lose some.

Totem of Man. Use Totem of Man just before you kill the boss? That's hardly practical.

it's single-handedly brought back pugging. it can do a doa full clear in under 2 hrs, when it used to be like 5+ before.

ANYWAY!

I didn't realise this happened, bit lame :/ but yeah i guess the skills aren't on your skill bar so they won't be charged. Might try this one later and confirm.

Gosh, people can't even mention Ursan without it turning into a, "URZIN+U=phAIl/Rulz" thread all over again.
