the fact you gave a pc based on equating the value of a shield with +30 while enchanted (15 off max) to a +29 in stance (1 from max) probably means you should hold off on giving pc until you are a little more familiar with items.

If you gave me 100k and this shield, i would give you a HoD sword with 20% enchanting mod.

any gold shield max is 30 stance
