Sadist's Mark 10 energy, 30 recharge, 1 cast time- Target foe is hexed, while under this hex, if a hex or enchantment is placed of this target that foe takes 10..20 damage.
Corrupted Wire: 15 energy, 25 recharge, 1 cast time- Target foe is hexed for 10...20 seconds,if hexed target is under a condition, that foe attacks 25% slower.
