PC on Elemental Sword PLZ

Could you please PC my Elemental Sword req 9:
15^50 (above 50% health)
20/20 penetration
+30 Health
I'm not sure how much it's worth. It's inscibable btw. So, it has Strength and Honour on it 15%50

But in case you get confused and decide to open another thread:
They go for 30-35k at the moment. Might be easier to salvage the mods and sell it clean.
