WTB req.7 tactics shield, 15AL

Like stated above, I'm looking to buy a Req.7 Tactics shield. Preferably inscribable. Skin (IN MOST CASES) will not matter to me although a skull/skeleton shield, ancient shield, kappa shield, oaken aegis, and darkwing defender would all be the most preferable.

I'm trying to limit my spending so I'm looking to stay under under 20k please.
